Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and account management activities
Utilize MS Excel to analyse data generate reports and provide insights for process improvements.
Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks related to billing and settlements.
Maintain and update records in MS Office applications to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform process adjustments.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Demonstrate a commitment to the company’s values and mission by delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.
Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process optimization and best practices.

Have experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus.

Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
