Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the integration of automation solutions with existing systems and platforms.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation practices and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation activities.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Possess a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
Have experience in the Payer domain with knowledge of industry-specific processes and requirements.
Have experience with version control systems such as Git.
Show familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Hold a relevant certification in automation or a related field.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation such as Python or Java.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
